This Privacy Policy explains how Pubshr (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use our website and social media management service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We may collect personal information in the following categories:
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and email address. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens for Google Sign-In.
If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your message and related account details needed to help you.
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment details are processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe). We receive limited billing metadata (for example subscription status and invoices) needed to operate your account.
You may provide posts, media files, captions, scheduling preferences, and prompts for AI-assisted features. We process this content to provide the Service you request.
To publish content, show analytics, and manage comments, you may connect third-party social accounts to Pubshr. When you do, we collect certain information from those platforms, typically including profile or channel identifiers, display name, username or handle, avatar, access tokens (and refresh tokens where applicable), published posts, and engagement metrics. Where supported, we may also sync comments and related metadata for inbox features. We use this information only to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service.
If you connect a YouTube channel, we may access information from Google and YouTube, including channel ID, title, handle, profile image, OAuth access and refresh tokens, video and channel statistics and analytics, comments and related metadata for inbox features, and content you choose to publish through Pubshr (such as video files, titles, and descriptions).
Pubshr uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube integration via Pubshr, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
More information about Google’s practices is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
You may revoke Pubshr’s access to your YouTube / Google data at any time via your Google Account permissions.
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve user-facing Pubshr features (such as signing in where applicable, connecting channels, publishing to YouTube, showing stats, and managing comments). We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, or training generalized AI models.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and (where enabled) marketing. Cookie categories include:

We may use the information we collect to:
We do not sell personal information. We disclose personal information only as described below.
We engage trusted service providers to host and operate the Service (for example hosting, databases, email delivery, error monitoring, and payment processing). We share personal information with them only to the extent needed to provide those services, and we require them to protect it appropriately.
When you connect a social account or publish through Pubshr, we disclose relevant data to that platform’s APIs (including Google and YouTube API Services) solely to provide the features you request—such as authentication, publishing, reading statistics, and managing comments.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, credit, lending, or AI training purposes. We disclose Google user data only: (a) to Google and YouTube API services to provide Pubshr’s YouTube features you request; (b) to service providers that host and operate the Service, solely to store and process data as needed to provide the Service; and (c) when required by law, legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining any consent required by applicable Google policies. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pubshr, our users, or the public; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and (where required for Google user data) applicable Google policies and user consent.
We implement administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. For example, OAuth credentials for connected social accounts are stored encrypted at rest. No security measures are perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored online.
We retain personal information, including Google user data, only as long as needed to provide the Service—typically while your account is active and, for connected channels, while the channel remains connected. Rolling analytics histories may be kept for a limited recent period (for example about 30 days) while a channel is connected. We may retain certain information longer when required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution or security.
You can delete Google user data and other connected-channel data we store by disconnecting the relevant channel in Pubshr channel settings, or by deleting your Pubshr account in profile settings. When you do so, we delete stored OAuth tokens and related channel data from our systems (including associated comments and metrics stored for that channel), subject to residual backups that are purged in the ordinary course. Videos already published on YouTube remain on your YouTube channel unless you delete them on YouTube or through Pubshr’s published-post deletion feature where available.
You may also revoke Pubshr’s access in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access in Google stops further API access; please also disconnect the channel or delete your account in Pubshr so we can remove stored data from our systems.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can:
Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send administrative or service-related messages.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example by email or an in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after the updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
